400 Bad request with EO Browser and KMZ

I am studying a wildfire, the perimeter is quite irregular and I am able to upload to EOBrowser. Everything is ok, but when I select a layer (NVDI, for instance) it gives me an error: ‘400 Bad request’. Since I want to download a ‘.kmz’, I choose ‘Analytical’ in the ‘Image download’ menu and then I press download menu. I’ve tried with different values of size (low, medium and high resolution) and different layers (NVDI…), but I always get the error mentioned.
