Hello, is there a way to contact someone about being charged, but the upgrade not applied to my account? Very frustrating.

Hi Duane, sometimes it takes a little longer for the payment to be fully processed. As mentioned in the email, your account seems to be set up correctly. However, you may need to log out and log back in.
