I am trying to download my image and trying to change some settings in the analytical tab but when i click on it, it will not load, it has been loading for the past two hours, any help?

@19262639 From your description I am assuming you are talking about EO Browser. Did you already try a hard refresh (e.g. CRTL+ F5 in Firefox)? Could you provide us some more information (e.g. a link) which data on which location and date you want to download and using which setting.
