How to download high quality photos?

Good day everyone.
Excuse me in advance if I ask something simple. I am a newbie. And my English is not very good.
I paid for the Intelligence service package and I need to upload some high-quality photos. The satellite finds them, but the button is not active at the stage of paying for the order. I watched the original video, but it didn’t help. Thank you all for your help.

Hi @irinatselinko ,

I assume you’re trying to use our Third Party Data Import API to download high resolution satellite imagery. In this case, you would need to purchase the quota for commercial data first before you can place an order. The price is different depends on the satellites you’re interested in. You can find the pricing here. Please also take a look at our step-by-step tutorial for more information.

If the above is not the case, please provide me the video to which you’re referring and I can give you more information you need.
