Have found a Landsat 8-9 image covering Oslo Norway acquired on August 31st 2022. How can I find out whether it is Landsat 8 or Landsat 9 ??

Dear @oystein.dick,
you can see which satellite took the image within the id/s3 href. You can find those either by making a request to our catalog API or directly within EO Browser.
In EO Browser you can find it hidden within the AWS path (in your case LC08 = Landsat OLCI/TIRS 
.
