How to obtain historical satellite images with cloud coverage?

I would be interested in getting satellite images without any cloud filtering, to assess cloud coverage of different areas. Is it possible to do it with the Sentinel API?

Yes, the full archives are available for multiple sensors so you should be able to do this. You can check out some of the cloud related evalscripts for Sentinel-2 here.
