Curl API problem

I am trying to use the curl API for the first tile and am getting an error. I successfully set up my oauth credentials and can get a token, but when I try to run this example it does not work: https://docs.sentinel-hub.com/api/latest/data/sentinel-2-l2a/examples/#other-s2l2a-specific-data-aerosol-optical-thickness-scene-classification-snow-and-cloud-probabilities-sun-and-view-angles I have double checked my curl command and it is implemented exactly like the example as far as I can tell (with my token inserted), but I get this error: {“error”:{“status”:400,“reason”:“Bad Request”,“message”:“Script contains no code to execute.”,“code”:“RENDERER_EXCEPTION”}} Any ideas what could be wrong? Can others successfully run the example? Thanks… -M

Listing orders gets 100 orders only

Hello, When I try to get a list of all our orders using url = "https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/dataimport/orders" response = oauth.get(url) response.raise_for_status() print(len(response.json()['data'])) I always get only 100 orders. Is there a way to get the next 100 orders or get all orders all at once?

Download image at higher resolution

I am unable to download high-resolution image for evaluating whether it meets our requirements. Right now, we can only download the image at 100m. Can we download image at smaller distance, i.e., 2m, 5m?

WcsRequest MimeType.TIFF_d16 range

Hi! I have noticed range values of MimeType.TIFF_d16 are quite diferent than the original images. Almost all values of a satellite image usually are between 0 and 5000 (e.g. this happen when downloading the whole image from Copernicus). But, downloading raw images with sentinel-hub return images between 0 and 15000 or even higher. Why does it happen? Does Sentinel-hub make any transformation before uploading the image? How that transformation works? Thank you.

Processing units per minute are insufficient

In our application, we use Sentinel-Hub to fetch historical satellite data (since 2018) for the purpose of analyzing agricultural fields. We fetch the data gradually (month by month instead of a few years at once) for the purpose of handling errors and better user experience (users can observe the ongoing process). Unfortunately, this approach sends too many requests – even the most expensive plan, which offers 1200 requests per minute could potentially be insufficient if we needed to download data about dozens/hundreds fields simultaneously. Is there any way in which we could reduce the number of requests in our specific case? Alternatively, is there a possibility to increase the request limit? Below, you’ll find code snippets, which aim to offer a clearer insight into our strategies. Sentinel-1: Repeated data, separate files, different date and time

I have found locations for which there is a morning pass and an evening pass with the opposite look angles (one ascending, one descending), but for every date that they occur, the contents of the files are duplicated. In other words, the EO Browser lists the two different files with two different date/times, but the underlying data is exactly the same, and is the data from the earlier morning pass. I’m talking about Sentinel-1A and Sentinel-1B. It’s even worse than that. If you search for Ascending only, you get the Descending data commingled with the Ascending data. There is no separating the two passes in EO Browser.

Download all available data for specific scene

Hi all, I would like to download all available data for a specific scene and was wondering if this is possible with EO Browser? It seems like I’m only able to download one scene at a time and therefore would like to speed up this process. If this is not possible, how would I do that via AWS? Thanks, Steyn

S1 missing pixels

No valid HLS data for corresponding valid sentinel 2 data

On experimenting with HLS data recently I was expecting to get valid data produced in HLS for each valid capture of LANDSAT & SENTINEL data. But it is not the case, On multiple cloud free days HLS dataset for my AOI is not having valid pixels.Gijon_FU.kml (702 Bytes) One such date Instances where HLS download images comes out complete blank and no data shown eo-browser is 2019-03-31 (See corresponding Sentinel 2 constellation data available). I downloaded HLS image for this date but it is all masked. QGIS capture showing all complete black image. Resampling: NDI calculation and Analytical download in EO Browser

How to ge NDVI index value of the pixel

Statistical API - creating a cloud-free dataMask

Hello, I’m using the Statistical API to return daily average NDVI for my areas of interest. I adjusted the dataMask to mask pixels with a CLM>0. However, when I graphed the average NDVI over time, I noticed it looked like I still had a lot of values that included clouds. To investigate this, I returned a histogram of the CLP. With this data I saw that my the adjusted dataMask is not excluding many pixels with high probability of being a cloud. Is there a better way of adjusting the dataMask to exclude more cloudy pixels? Here is an example of my output. Sentinel-2 L2A multi-temporal stack

Dear SH forum, I am currently working with Sentinel-2 L2A data to create a multi-temporal stack based on a box and a time interval, with specific features. I briefly report the requirements the stack should have: 224 x 224 pixels for the final patch 20 meters spatial resolution Masking of clouds/cirrus/cloud shadow/saturated pixels/pixels whose value exceeds 1 (i.e. set the related pixels’ value to 0) Spectral bands of interest B1, B2, B3, B4, B8A, B11, B12 Output format: 1 GeoTiff file for each sensing date and for each spectral band (e.g. <sensing_date1>_B1.tif, <sensing_date1>_B2.tif, …, <sensing_date2>_B1.tif, <sensing_date2>_B2.tif, etc…) I started testing the sentinelhub python library for the purpose, exploiting the WcsRequest. Pull data from a polygon to my google maps

I have a map with some drawings and I want to bring the NDVI only in the area where the drawings are, so I created a larger polygon, which is over all my drawings, to bring the Sentinel data only in that area, and the rest of the visualization , be Google Maps. However, the entire map turns white. Getting metadata using SentinelHubRequest

Hello everyone, Is there a way to get the metadata of the downloaded image? Like the date or the name of the Tile. I’am using the SentinelHubRequest class. Is downloading raw Sentinel2-L2A data free with SentinelHub?

Hi! I’m interested in downloading raw Sentinel2-L2A data (.jp2) from S3 using SentinelHub. Do I need to set up a SentinelHub account or purchase any license if I’m only using AwsTileRequest method in Python? request = AwsTileRequest(tile=tile_name, time=time, aws_index=aws_index,bands=bands, metafiles=metafiles, data_folder=data_folder, data_source=DataSource.SENTINEL2_L2A) I’m aware that the Sentinel S3 is requester-pays bucket but will be there other charges applied (apart from the AWS ones) by the SentinelHub if I only want to download the raw data?

Search sentinel-1 file based on coordinate

Hi there, I am trying to build a simple Sentinel-1 search tool on the AWS S3 bucket. Basically i want to find the product identifier based on a coordinate. Can someone give me a brief overview how the images are categorized? There is no tileID like in Sentinel-2 right? How can i find the correct image for a coordinate? Thanks Carst

Hi, how is it that NDVI values in QGIS show positive (1) values for water bodies even though they are supposed to be lower than 0? It seems the range has just been set up the wrong way round?
