Maxar data downloads

When I download the tif files for the Maxar imagery I’ve ordered I get a decent quality TIF file in Single Band Grey and another much less decent quality Multi-Band TIF file. How do I get decent True Colour imagery in full resolution?

Hi James,

Thanks for the question, can you provide some more information on how you are downloading your imagery. Are you downloading the raw data or are you using Process API, for instance?
