Methane data struggle

Hi there,
for a university project I want to work with Sentinel 5P data for Germany but am wondering why there is hardly any data for methane. I have an observation period from January until now and the first coverage is for this month.
Perhaps this is a very foolish question but does anyone know why? Am I doing something wrong?
Any responses will be highly appreciated!

I imagine you are looking at EO Browser?
One reason is probably filtering by QA filter that is used in EO Browser (see minqa parameter here).
The other reason might be in visualization, which is skewed towards large values. So small values might appear white.

I’d recommend you try using the service directly and then check the actual values, not just colors.

That being said, Sentinel-5P is pre-cursor satellite, so not meant for operational use (it’s very good though).
