Non highlight airbus pleiades tab

i have taken the 30Euro subcription of sentinal hub but still i cannot proceed with the use of third party data.
the tile doesnot allow me to select the airbus pleiades tab and shows error to become a subscriber.

it sometimes takes a couple of hours (up to 24 hours) for the payment to be fully processed. We apologise for this inconvenience.
