Hi there. Kindly assist, my instance ID is reporting back as invalid when i try to log it in QGIS.

Could you provide some more details on the problem you are experiencing? Did you configure an instance in the Configuration Utility section of your dashboard?

Are you trying to add a new WMS layer in QGIS, as described here?
