Server response: TYPENAME=S2.TILE not found!''

I have been processing the data for about 120 different KMZ using the Python Sentinel Hub library,without issue. The code is always exactly the same, i only change the instance id.
However, with some KMZ i receive the error: Server response: “TYPENAME=S2.TILE not found!”
I have tried redefining the bbox and separating the original kmz into two smaller ones but the problem persists
