@gmilcinski @grega.milcinski_esa We are facing this issue with pixels shift in PlanetScope and Sentinel-2 images. So, tried doing co-registration using Arosics but still final image doesn’t seem to align. So, do you have any example of co-registration of Sentinel-2 and PlanetScope using eo-learn.

I moved this to another thread as the previous one had nothing to do with the problem. I suggest you always start a new thread if it is related to something new.
We have not yet tried coregistration between Planet and Sentinel-2, but I suggest you check the coregestration package and try to run it on the data coming from both data sources:
