Will TROPOMI be immediately available in AWS?

You are referring to Sentinel-5P data, right? For now there are no plans to have these replicated on AWS.
If you believe that they should be there, I suggest you contact Open Dataset team at AWS (https://aws.amazon.com/earth/)
